These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rwbola platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. Last updated: June 2026.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the rwbola Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. rwbola reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one rwbola account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). As required under our Licence, all members must complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identification document (Malaysian MyKad or passport). rwbola may request additional documentation to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations at any time.
2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the rwbola Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rwbola makes no representation that access to the Platform is appropriate or available in all locations. Access from a restricted jurisdiction does not create a right to play or receive winnings.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.
3.2 Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. rwbola is entitled to rely on instructions received through a logged-in account session.
3.3 You must notify rwbola support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. rwbola will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account; however, rwbola accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 rwbola will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to come from rwbola and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to rwbola support immediately.
4.1 Deposit Methods. rwbola accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the account cashier.
4.2 Deposits for Gameplay Only. Funds deposited into your rwbola account are intended solely for use on the Platform. Deposits made without any genuine intent to wager — for example, for the purpose of money movement — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed identity verification. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) are processed within 15 minutes under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 20:00 MYT. Processing times may be extended where enhanced verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to satisfy anti-money-laundering requirements and is non-negotiable.
4.5 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as inactive. rwbola reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances after providing advance notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance following inactivity may be closed.
5.1 All bets placed on the rwbola Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. These rules are displayed within each game or market section and form part of these Terms.
5.2 A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a reference number issued by the Platform. Verbal instructions, screenshots, or communications outside the Platform interface do not constitute valid bet confirmation.
5.3 rwbola reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or settled in error, where a technical malfunction occurred, where the odds or game outcome was manifestly incorrect, or where fraudulent activity is suspected. Void bets will have the stake returned to the member's account.
5.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and markets and are displayed at the point of wagering. rwbola reserves the right to impose individual account-level bet restrictions at its reasonable discretion.
5.5 The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the offer. General and specific promotional terms apply simultaneously; in the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
6.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
6.3 rwbola reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion prior to its cancellation will have their entitlement honoured subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated play with other accounts, or exploiting technical errors in promotional mechanics — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as possible account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rwbola Platform:
Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities, and civil legal action where warranted.
8.1 All content on the rwbola Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, and logos — is owned by or licensed to rwbola and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without rwbola's prior written consent.
9.1 The rwbola Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rwbola's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 rwbola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 rwbola reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where we are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, financial, or reputational risk.
10.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting rwbola support. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance will be paid out via your verified withdrawal method subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and identity verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
10.3 Where an account is closed by rwbola for cause (breach of these Terms), rwbola reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
11.1 rwbola is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion are available to all members from within account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.
11.2 Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, six months, or permanent duration may be selected. During an active self-exclusion period, access to the Platform is blocked and no marketing communications will be sent to the excluded account.
11.3 All members must be 21 or older. If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, please use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or seek independent assistance from a recognised counselling service.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under rwbola's international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through rwbola's internal complaints process shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures specified under our operating licence. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
rwbola reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via registered email with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
